We at Earthbelly believe that the systems of food production in the United States are broken. Most of the conventional methods pollute the Earth and in turn pollute our bodies. We believe our polluted food supply is a major contributor of the overall health decline of the general population of the United States over the past several decades. Food is now being grown not for nourishment, but for huge profits at the expense of the health of the individual and at the expense of the planet.
Earthbelly is deeply committed to serving 100% non-GMO, organic food that is affordable. We believe that everybody should have access to clean, unprocessed, unmodified food that is delicious, convenient, and won’t break the bank.

Relationships are a two-way street and our relationship with the Earth is no different. We as chefs, recognize the great importance of taking care of the Earth by sourcing out ingredients that are grown and/or produced with awareness and sustainability, that nourish our bodies and souls, and that help give back to our great Mother instead of deplete her.
